This high-temperature vertical tube furnace is mainly composed of a material preheating furnace, a reaction furnace, a gas preheating furnace, a control cabinet, a gas supply system, a feeding device, and a material receiving device. The furnace chamber adopts a lightweight ceramic fiber refined furnace chamber, which is easy to slide left and right and can be sintered under a variety of inert atmosphere conditions; the heating element adopts high-quality alloy heating wire, which has a fast heating rate, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and fast heating; intelligent PID 30-stage temperature control, high temperature control accuracy.
